Hi Everyone,

    I was never well endowed, but probably six or seven years ago my testicles went up inside me. I've been living as a woman for the last 34 months or so and I'm also circumcised. I thought nothing of the fact that my raisins haven't seen the sun in so long, but now that I'm going to have GRS and definitely need at least 6.5 inches has me thinking 'why didn't I think about this?' and now I'm really worried. I'd like to figure out how I can make my testes descend into my scrotum. At least for a few months anyway. I'll probably have to have some kind of skin graft too, but please, if you don't know how to make them descend, can you give me an idea who might know besides my MD? Any help would be much appreciated and I really need GRS. Hugs, Mira

Honestly I have no idea. Based on some of the post op reports here though I think 6.5" may be a stretch (pun not intended) realistically.  :)

Most of the penile inversions that most of the surgeons today do is mostly used on the outside, where in the scrotal skin is stretched over a forum and stitched to the end of the penile skin.

If more material is needed they just take a swatch from the inner thigh to make up any short comings.

Example do a youtube search for marci bowers. She has a shorten video that shows what most of the us and Canada surgeons perform. Each has there little twist to things but gives you a idea what is used where.

To get them to come down i think you will need to stop the blockers. One can always try and start a stretching of the skin to try and help.

And 6.5 inches, humm i think more realistic is 5 1/2 maybe 6 if your pelvis allow the space

It seems like you want the skin from the sack rather than to have the testicles descend.  You can just grab the skin and start stretching it.  Pull and hold.

It beats me where some of the "need to have" depth numbers come from.  The depth gauge marks on my Soul Source dilator goes from 3.5 inches to 5.5 inches.  For me the 5.5 mark is inside of my labia majora. Even if a boyfriend were 7 inches long, he is not going to bottom out if he is having a real good time for himself.  He may not even make it to full depth, because of how his anatomy is going to work.  There are several ways a good surgeon can get material for your depth as they can make it. Depth is no all it is idealized to be and a girlfriend has a great time with only 4.5" inches, and a boyfriend who kinda measures the 7" depending on if you measure it top or bottom, or from the  ---- yeah there!!

My S.O. is 7" from the top, so I'm definitely going to need 6" or more. If I could only expect 4"-41/2" I wouldn't bother getting it, truthfully. I've gone through lots of painful surgeries, and I'd have to weigh the risks and pain against the benefits, both short and long term, (hey, a pun!!!). I don't know of any guy who wouldn't notice slamming against the end of your vagina at 5", first of all because of the pain, second, because it wouldn't feel natural. I wasn't exactly huge, so even I would have bottomed out too

I never had much testosterone, was/am? intersexed and was a DES boy. My testes were never that much larger than robin's eggs, but sometime in my mid 40's they practically disappeared, size-wise, then jumped up into my pelvic bone and I haven't seen them since. Once I transitioned I couldn't believe how lucky I was, because I had no tucking issue at all, but now that I'm definitely going to have GRS, I've narrowed my surgeons down to either Suporn or Chettawut, each of them guaranteeing 6" depth. So Jen, Isabell and Vicky, I guess I'm just going to have to make some extra time for some scrotal stretching exercises over the next several months. Does a 2 lb. weight clamped on and hung at 1 hour intervals sound obsessive/excessive? (Ouch!, I'm just joking! I think, lol!) Hugs, Mira

I agree with that a seven inch penis can go six inches in, especially in certain positions....

Another thing that I've been wondering about is stretching the penis.  I got no bigger than about four inches and that was with a generous ruler.  Well, ever see cow utters before they start getting milk?  I did the same thing to my tool.  I got to seven and a quarter after two years.  I couldn't get longer than that but 3 inches was good. (I actually think this is what dilating does except backwards.)  So, stretch everything!!!!  (I am)

I will, Jen, Thanks! Isabell, I read the post you pasted and although I really enjoy anal sex too, I haven't had a lot of it. I hadn't been exactly promiscuous in the twenty seven years ago or so, the last time before my S.O. I was with anyone, and I've only been with four or five guys, none of them bigger than 7".......and other than the one BF in the 80's the other ones were one night stands. I'm still pretty fresh down there, even at sixty. Hugs, Mira
