Title: Alberta Canada is behind but I need to know
Post by: Krissa Lindsey on June 22, 2014, 02:30:25 PM
Hello peeps

I have been searching the intranet in vain looking for Alberta regulations governing my use of public restrooms in particular of course the women's and being found out.  I an starting my RLE and afraid that I will be arrested and Tagged as a pervert when all I want to do is Pee and get out after checking my makeup and washing my hands ( opposite order LOL )  like any other woman who is in there .
Does anybody know the laws of Alberta protecting Transsexuals or where I can go to find them so if I am found out I could at least feel safer ? My voice is extremely deep right now until I've had voice coaching and worked with " WASP " Some more I'm reluctant to even speak up and defend myself.

Thanks all and have a super day.

Krissa

I don't know if there are laws, but have you seen Dr Warneke yet? He will write you a letter saying you should be treated as any other female. You can keep the letter with you and show, for example, mall security (if they are called). I have never had to use my letter but it was comforting to have.

Good advice Birkin! In the States Therapist's issue these letters as well. I have never had to produce mine, but it is good to know you have one.  🙂
