Hello everyone,
my name is Scotty.. im 23, live in kansas and have twin boys 1yo
and a daughter on the way. I came here looking for long lasting friendships
with people who think and feel just the way I do. Ive been a prisoner of my own
body for far to long :/ as far back as i can remember ive had feelings and done things
that have left me feeling confused and lead to a lot of issues in my life growing up.
Anyway here i am 23 years later and im ready to free myself.. i want to be happy with myself
to enjoy the life the way i believe i was meant to. But i have a family now and it worries me having sons the impression i may leave on them.. its all very hard and i have many many obstacles to climb but i want to change i need to change.

A big warm welcome to the family Scotty! You will find this is a family and you will make a lot of friends you will want to talk to everyday. Yes, we have our moments of drama and spats, but what family doesn't. Relax, dig right in and get going! :)

The great thing about the information here is it comes from real people actually going through all stages of transition. These are not opinions here, but how people actually feel and what they deal with in daily life. You will find out that some are uneasy with it, how they deal with work and family issue's and how society reacts to trans people the whole world over. You will learn what some experience on hormones and how to recover from various surgeries successfully. It is a really great and safe place to find one's self and find out they are not alone in all this. :)
