Title: Dr. Daniel Greenwald and Dr. Timothy Alexander in Florida?

I've heard good things about this guy, I'm in the process of trying to set up a consultation but struggling to get through on the phone during my very short lunch break at work (our building walls are very thick and I get no signal inside so we end up playing voice mail tag).
I'm trying to get t-anchor / inverted-t since I am fairly large chested (almost positive I'm too big for keyhole / periareolar) and absolutely want to keep erotic sensitivity. Trying to find other surgeons who offer it as well, in Florida if possible. Garramone does not as far as I know, and I know Dr. Timothy Alexander does. I have a friend who had surgery with him and had a great experience, and he is rather inexpensive compared to most. But I've also read he's had a lot of lawsuits brought against him as well, and it has me wary for obvious reasons.
Anybody have experiences to share on either of these surgeons? Thanks!

Sorry, I have no personal experience with either, but I did research Alexander a while back and came across this:

You've probably seen it already, but I figured I'd post it just in case you hadn't. I know his rates were lower than average, but sometimes you get what you pay for...

Yeeeah, that's what had me worried. I really don't think I'd go with him even though I've heard from a friend that he was absolutely awesome. Too much risk, seeing as for every person who's happy, there seems to be several who are not....
And I am not looking to cut corners with the cost, it's going to take time and work to raise enough but I want to do it right for sure.

This post is old but if you're still interested Dr Greenwald is my endo and has been for almost a yr now and he and his staff are very kind and professional. I had my first shot done in his office. At the time needles gave me anxiety but one of the nurses comforted me and told me I had nothing to worry about and that now I finally get to be who I really am ;D . I'm looking into getting my hysto done with him.

Thanks for the response dude! He does sound like an awesome guy. I found out through another person who went to a consultation with him though that he doesn't do the inverted T procedure and larger chested guys (which I definitely am) can't retain sensitivity, so I'll have to keep looking. Great that his office has worked out well for you though!

Well someone else MIGHT give you a different answer, but sounds like he is being honest with you re: the inverted T. It is not recommended for larger guys. http://www.topsurgery.net/procedures/

Ah I see. I thought inverted-t was an alternative to double incision, being the only method for larger chested guys to retain sensitivity.
If it comes down to it, I will bind the rest of my life before I give up sensitivity, unfortunately it's that important to me. Thanks for the info!
