Hi Girls;
As part of my transition, I have found a deportment coach in Victoria that I started to see last year and she helps me in deportment, posture and socialisation with other women and on things like how to stand, sit, talk, getting in and out of cars, talking with men and women, how to flirt, how to kiss a man or woman etc.
Anyway she introduced me to a great video on YouTube on proper feminine posture when wearing high heels. I now try to practice it daily. I am also walking for at least 1 hour each day in high heels to get used to walking in them. I started with kitten heels and I am now up to 3" heels. I am not 100% yet, but my daily practice is definitely improving my style and confidence.
One interesting thing is that having seen this video, its really interesting to see how many women adopt the correct posture when standing still and wearing any form of heels. Just look at women in the shopping malls, crossing the road (waiting for the lights to change) at the bus stop or train station etc. I love it when I see a woman adopting the correct posture!
One thing that I have also started to do is practice in the Supermarket with my shopping trolley as support and wearing my high heels.
Watch the 2 videos and get lots of practice and remember that after watching the video only stand the way this recommends for ever into the future no matter if you are wearing heels or not. It will do wonders for your female presentation.
Let me know what you think and find.

I currently have no interest in heels, but who knows. I didn't in fingernail polish either and now I really want to try it, but don't think I could because I'm not public yet. I guess I could try toenail polish. Ironically I'm not even on HRT yet this came about by just letting my female side loose for the first time.
