Title: Best surgeon for width?
Post by: sh1982 on June 25, 2014, 08:20:45 PM
hey all,

I am close to making a decision where to go for my srs(most likely Suporn or otherwise Chettawutt) mainly for their different technique and also they depth they guerantee, but i was wondering about width because my bf is quite wide down there.I was looking at Dr Chettawutt website and his biggest dilator is not that wide from what i can see from the picture that is why i am little bit worried that i cannot have intercourse with bf after surgery.Has any Suporn or Chettawutt girl have any experiance with this or maybe any other doctor like Brassard?I know it will stretch a little when having sex but is of course not like a natural vagina which can stretch more.Maybe i am worrying about nothing and know results on everyone is different but i if anyone can share the experiance regarding this issue it would really help me!

Thanks in advance Sam.

Be careful because I don't know any surgeon which will totally guarantee depth of any kind. There all kinds of things which may ultimately influence depth during surgery. Just do proper dilations after SRS and you should be satisfied with whatever results are there.  :)

I know of one girl who went Sigmoid-Colon instead of Penile inversion due to concerns related to penis size. I don't know that it is such a good idea though, I hear some people who have too much lubrication, weird smells, and all sorts of other things with that type of surgery. To be fair though, I don't know if those are problems with the procedure or the surgeons messing up the procedure.

Hmm Guarantee. I have now clue how anyone can give a guarantee, it is surgery.

Everyone is different. Everyone's body is different.

They will guarantee you a neo vagina but depth i would have to call bull crap. They will do there best they can with what they have as material and body structure.

Wonder why some are disappointed.

Ok Width, same thing it will come by pubic area available and dilation size. Trust me it does not give much over the size of your dilation size done. But a male member is more forgiving then a hard plastic dilator any day.

Width and depth are more under your control in your aftercare. If you do not take care of it you will loose depth. You can always work back the width but depth once lost is lost with out another surgery.

Lots of luck, Most all the well know surgeons will do there best to give you what they can. Just sometimes its not what is wished.

As she said

width depth is usually controlled by the size of your pelvic area and space avalible

As far as width is concerned, you're right to look at the largest dilator they offer, but it's also sometimes possible to gain width by gently increasing dilator size.

(I used Brassard, and can quite easily accommodate the 1.5" diameter dilator.)
