I'm so annoyed right now seems since going on hormones mtf my insomnia is coming back I don't understand I beat it after 3 years of dealing with it and havn't had it for a few years my first 2 weeks on hormones I was exhausted now I'm like exhausted during the day but still can't nap and only if I'm lucky I'm averaging maybe 2-3 hrs of sleep at like 6 am has anyone else had to deal with this ? I really don't wanna go back on trazadone/ambien but I'm getting close to calling my doctor
