Based on your image I'd say you have a pretty good chance of passing, keep in mind that people go to various lengths to pass and have very different expectations.
I suggest you read up and try to gather as much information as you can, then you will need to figure out how serious your dysphoria is and how much you are willing to sacrifice and realistically estimate how much you will need to sacrifice.
I'd say the following are our options in order of seriousness and popularity.
1. Workout and Grooming (hair removal, hair growth, shaping, exercising the right areas, etc, reversible changes)
2. Hormones and Blockers
3. Top and bottom surgeries
4. Facial feminisation surgeries
5. Various body alteration surgeries and enhancements
I suggest you read up and try to gather as much information as you can, then you will need to figure out how serious your dysphoria is and how much you are willing to sacrifice and realistically estimate how much you will need to sacrifice.

I meant in your message not an avatar, but upload a picture through the html thing when you click it. it says [img][img] or whatever do you insert a link to a picture in there, if so do I need 15 posts as well before I can insert pictures in my posts and replies?

Right click the image placeholder and select "Open Image in a new tab" or hit "Quote" and copy paste the URL into a new tab/window.
