As long as the pattern is not as busy the dark purple would look good on you.  Just remember purple is the colour of royalty so be sure to ask King Malachite's permission first

Haha,  full length kimono + geta + correctly tied obi = tied up. Unable to eat, walk, and basically a living doll...

A correctly fitted and worn traditional kimono will make you feel really uncomfortable - waist and boobs squished in so you don't have a figure.  And good luck tying the obi correctly solo!

The short skirt ones are japan fetishists!  :D
