So I recieved my replacement package from Emisil today, and all I can say is that they've restored my faith in humanity. Not only did they send me one replacement meant to reflect the unique testicle specifications that we initially agreed upon, but a SECOND one, identical to the poorer version but with 0 flaws and the color securely sealed. AND they sent me adhesive. Oh, and three-day express shipping. All free of extra charge.
The packers themselves FEEL amazing. I'll be reviewing them along with my Sinthetics hard pack later on today. Even if the color is still a little dark for me, it looks super realistic and I'm so, so happy with the service that I don't mind. As far as the testicles, they're still not exactly what I asked for, but again, I can tell that they did their absolute best and the end result is stunning. Also, it doesn't seem like any company is doing exactly what I'm asking for, so maybe there's a reason I'm not aware of. I don't hold that against them. At all.
In any event, I just wanted to make a post thanking you guys for encouraging me to contact them. I also wanted to make a big deal about saying that they have killer customer service that you can depend on. I can't say they won't make a mistake with your order, but it seems like they WILL go above and beyond to make it right, which is really the best anyone could hope for.

I'm glad that the problem with the sealer was a mistake on one instead of a common issue.

I'd still be careful with using alcohol/alcohol based cleaners on their products, just in case. It shouldn't be an issue, but perhaps other unsealed versions made their way out accidentally? I guess guys could always test it on an inconspicuous area to be sure...

That's awesome! It's great to know that they were so receptive to your email and that they made such a big effort to make up for their error.
