A lot of good advice there. I have to admit though, I am guilty of the low baggy shorts lol. They're just so comfy.

My only beef is with the blazers! Yes, there should not be divots but other parts need to fit too. I went to a shop, looked at some blazers and found something that was close to fitting in the shoulders but was maybe 4 inch difference from the front closing. The people at the shop told me it fit and that I should just leave it open. Lol I didn't buy it.

My immediate thought upon seeing the master roll: "Aint nobody got time for that"
I also feel that longer, looser shorts are way nicer than above knee tight shorts on a guy. The above knee ones appear to be more "in fashion" right now because it's a huge pain finding longer shorts to buy. My partner often wears baggy shorts and a vest and I think it looks hawt :P
That last part I didn't understand....what was the don't, wearing a blue shirt with blue jeans? Haven't got sound so just going on visual clues but he looks alright to me :D I once went shopping with my sister wearing blue skinny jeans and a superman shirt. She said it looked like pajamas and was so embarrassed to walk around with me that she bought me new clothes so I would change. xD is colour coordination really that terrible

QuoteHaven't got sound so just going on visual clues but he looks alright to me :DTry pushing the cc button (lower right-ish) and push "on." This will give you subtitles. There will be a few words wrong (ex: Siemens vs seam ends) but it's good enough that the little bits can be figured out.

Ah thank you, I didn't know I could do that. Makes a lot more sense now! Turns out the part I was talking about (just after the deep v-neck which I agree looks cringe worthy) was actually a "do" ... they were saying you should mix it up with different colours and textures.

Knew most of this because I have been following rassaku's site (immensely helpful with a lot of good tips of how to dress fashionably) and I have to admit my bigger problem is to find shirts of the proper size. I think I own one t-shirt that genuinely fits that I bought in a metal store. The rest are all too big. I did order a jacket from ebay that actually fits well but I can't close it because my hips are too broad. I would need to shave off like 5-6 cm minimum but since it's mostly bone mass that's in the way, that's not possible sigh.
With that said, this video is a little boring because it's so vanilla but I guess it's ok lol.

The only thing useful in this entire video was how to role up shirt sleeves so that they don't role back down every two seconds. Other than that nothing useful to me whatsoever, not that I actually care about mainstream fashion to begin with. I'll continue to wear below the knee shorts because I like them and feel comfortable in them. Should I stop wearing them because some silly hipsters think only one type of shorts is acceptable for all people? And I don't even begin to understand this "no white socks" things either...is this the new trend?

I don't look as good as that guy. I'm cool with the way I roll my cuffs up, but I think what they described is how I do it. I'm cool with my pants not fitting because I got them out of the garbage, and I'd rather have free stuff that doesn't contribute to consumerism than look good.
I've only very recently started wearing shorts, mostly because I live up north and don't have airconditioning. I use pretty long cutoffs. I wear mostly black socks on my left foot and very soft socks with girly colors (they don't seem to come in normal colors) on my right foot. I don't wear v necks or blazers.
Most of this stuff is just odd and irrelevant to me, but I liked the guy's voice and cadence. It reminds me of that sunscreen song.

As an unrelated aside, why am I suddenly seeing so many random references to the sunscreen song on a regular basis all over the interwebs lately? lol

Quote from: Berserk on July 04, 2014, 09:00:55 PMIt feels like it's easy to see references everywhere to almost anything you focus on, especially older stuff. I like this other song that reminds me of that song. It's got that advice-y slant and deep voice and short attention span. I checked out the musician's other work but I found most of it kind of annoying, personally.

Sorry for getting off topic. I do like buzzfeed but I think that's the first time I've watched a video associated with them. The presentation style is similar to mental floss.
