Anyone ever hear of a trans girl getting to Tanner stage 5 breasts???

Wow that's the first I have heard anyone mention the Tanner scale in years.
But yes I know a few over the years who have been blessed.

Great, I just dated myself....
I was reading and it seemed that those who did reach stage V were mostly younger.....

Some where young and older.
Endo systems are totally different and that's what's hard.

I am confused by the Tanner scale because my breasts seemed to cycle *through* the stages more than once - that "mound on a mound" thing happened several times, for example, with it disappearing for months in between, and the breast buds also softened only to firm up and "reappear" more than once - but it's been at least 2 years since I've seen that look, so I think they might be done with those stages for good. I'm not sure I've reached my "final adult size" yet, but they're definitely rounded and a mature shape with the nipples and areolae back to being flush with the surrounding breast.
So I guess it's sort of Tanner 4.9? :) Still growing a little bit, but it's clear that at this point the breast tissue development is largely done and it's just a question of layering some final fat. That phase can take a while; it took my wife about 10 years to get through it. Not to mention that for some women, future weight gain will always go to the boobs...
(4.5 years on HRT, 32 years old when I started.)

I've been on hrt for about a year an started at 42, I was doing herbals before the real stuff. From what I see on the tanner charts, I'm at a 4, on my way to a 5 and a b-cup. I have the, mound on a mind thing at times that sometimes goes into the what the 5 looks like. It seems to go in cycles.

My doc said I'm supposed to reach full maturity. With the steady growth I've had I'm pretty confident I will, especially since I had really good growth on just pills for 2 years and now I'm on injections. I have the second mound too.
But inducing lactation can give them the final push from what I've read.

I dunno what tanner stage my D cup breasts are, but I am on injections for my entire hrt.
I induced lactation after 2 years of hrt and my breasts matured, by becoming fuller. I even was expressing milk with a breast pump.. its quite magic feeling.

I completely fill a C cup... and the boys seem unable to keep their eyes off my boobielsd...t that is all I need to know.. f.... the tanner scale... in our case it is only a source of unhappiness !

In the end, this is exactly true.
Mine are still growing. They did not grow according to the tanner scale at all although the last mammogram was female normal. I'm just getting a little worried and trying to figure things out again....

My girlfriend isn't a stage five. She is about a 4 and is an A cup. She's actually jealous of mine.

AFFIRMATIVE. I am at about Tanner Stage 8 :o since my milk came in. 8) :D
