and sorry more my next stupid question here  ???

Me and other people recognized that my face become really angular with my HRT. It lost a lot of fullness. I always thought estrogens will result in the opposit and makes my face softer. I have absolutely no idea why in my case the process goes in the other direction. It makes me unattractive and is huge problem. And yes, ive good blood levels and i'm under professional HRT-monitoring. E2: 105 pg/ml, Testo: 0,14 ng/ml.

Could anyone explain it? What can i do?
Less progesteron, more progesteron? More estrogens? Less estrogens? Too much testo?
It looks very unhealthy, a bit like i lost to much weight.  :-\

Perhaps you have lost a bit too much weight?  BMI says you're healthy, but if you are very lean, then you will not have the fat deposits for rounding out the face.

I lost no weight. It increased by 4kg the last year.

In my case, when I was on too little estrogen for ME, my face got very angular, I wouldn't gain weight no matter what I ate which in retrospect was GREAT, and my overall fat distribution was so so but guys apparently loved that, that skinny model look although it kind of made me look older too...Months after increasing estrogen to a dose that suited me better, I started gaining weight all over and having that more curvaceous, hour glass shape body with a fuller, younger looking face, slightly bigger boobs, etc. But, I also gained a little weight around my belly and now I have to watch what I eat :(. Progesterone also seemed to helped me quite a bit, making me look fuller, rounder around the face, giving me fuller, more bouncy, prominent breasts.

My doctors focus more on if dose is giving me good results rather than levels which do vary in time and which really there is no perfect level as individuals vary in their sensitivity.

The best thing you can do right now, I think, is have a discussion with your doctor and see what they say. Share your concerns. Perhaps, too, the reason for your angular face could be stress...progesterone has personally really helped me with feeling less anxious in general...

Oh and also, if you are taking Spiro, that could explain it as it tends to dehydrate some and makes their faces look more sunken...

Here's what I fear the most, gaining even more fat on my belly... once you reassured me
somewhere else that no, you didn't think you gained fat since you're on injections :(
I was 54 Kg early post op, I'm 65 Kg now. And it all went to my belly, my face is angular as before and

I gained fat when on oral estrogen and when I increased dose. That lasted a couple of years. I've only been on injections a few months so let's see if weight still maintains, increases or decreases. There is also progesterone that could be affecting weight.

It has nothing to do with my weight. As i wrote my face got angular with the hormones first. Before the HRT my face was in no case angular, really rounded and soft. I dont understand such a process.

Give it time. Muscle loss happens before the new fat deposits happen, which can result in a period of transition where the face looks a bit emptier and bonier. It will soften again with time. It takes a good year and a half before the cheeks really start filling in, and around 2 years before it really starts filling in with female fat all over again.

I'm at that stage myself... I'm feeling like every single little bony detail in my face is standing out all of a sudden. (Especially my nose. It looked way less angular and bony pre-HRT.)

Are you SURE? Or is that an "could-be-option"?

It could vary from person to person, but watching my friend Arianna's Youtube videos, her face was still a bit male-looking at the 1.5-year mark on HRT, but by the time she hit 3 years or so, her skin stopped looking maleish, it had developed a layer of feminine fat that made her look much softer overall. Doubly so after SRS.

Same deal with my other friend Ariel. Her face shape by default is very male-ish, and she still looked skinny and bony after a year on HRT, but now 4 years in the male features of her face just don't stand out as much because everything's softened again.

I know these are just two examples, so I can't make generalizations, especially since these two both gained weight as HRT went on, but it does happen.

Estrogen made my cheeks fuller, but not all that much else on the face, that I can directly notice.

The dose seems to be pretty much proportional to the fullness, like a few hours after my sub-lingual pill my cheeks are noticeably more full in photos than right before I take my pill.

If you look for information about HRT you always will find time range around 2 and max. 3 years for having effects from the hormones. I mean 18 month - it might be the maximum level now - when we take these time ranges - but it have not even startet. I wait for the "real" start and for the moment i can say "upss, yes - that is a really result of the hormones - i take them and they have effects". I only wait for this moment. And what i get is a slimer face after 18 month, though every site on this planet say you got a fuller face. Thats all frustrating to me - to me life, to everything. Nothing works, absolutely nothing.

OMG, theres really a huge difference. She had luck with this and her hormones.

Maybe other people have this luck. I will dont have. I know my body, know really much about medicine and hormones and oberserved the HRT the last 18 month. I guess the maximum was arrived at 6 month. Since that time i recognized no changes anymore. Sorry, but i cant believe. Its too utopian to me. My face got more and more angular in the last 6 month - now my lower face looks more masculine then before my HRT  :'(

My face is getting more angular too but I'm also developing cheek bones.  This is normal with E.
