Hey sisters. Emster reporting in for my two month mark, rockin' along the hrt rollercoaster.
Endo said I have taken to it like a duck to water. Lots of breast development, which I bang constantly into things- face already noticeably changing (cheeks, eyes). Clavicles appearing- neck thinning as is my wrists. Amazed that this is just two months and I am late thirties. My t was very low to begin with though. Lost 11 kilos too... even with the sudden urge to eat white chocolate.
I am on Spiro and Progesterone now (damn spiro... the scent a promise of peppermint... the result a bitter pithy pucker). No health problems. Depression dissipating. Relationship with SO rolling along nicely.
All good so far.
Oh... except the sudden hormonal angry bitch attacks. I would have killed a useless and patronizing cafe waiter last week and gladly worn his ears as trophies. He was saved by a trendy coffee box table I probably could no longer lift and far too many onlookers. Where did SHE come from?
So in honor of passing the two month mark with flying colors I switched my avatar to a no makeup, no plucking selfie.
My current goal is full time in january.

Congrats Emster!
I happy it's all going well for you. I'm late thirties too, but don't really like to admit to it ;) just started HRT on Sunday - let the fun commence!

Congrats! it's always great news when one responds well to hrt :-)
I myself am in my early/mid 30's, and on hrt (spiro and E) for 2 1/2months.
Enjoying the ride! I have never felt so good in my life before, even though I have even more problems now than I had. Maby its a new outlook on life.?

Congratulations on the good results so far for the first two months and loving the new avatar.
Quote from: Emmaline on July 15, 2014, 01:41:50 AMNext time SHE appears take his ears as a trophy. You will be surprised how light those trendy tables suddenly become, and how blind all those witnesses are. Between her appearances and her crying sister it is a fun rollercoaster, but do we want to get off

lol so right about spiro's taste, yuck. I am glad to be off the stuff, I needed something strong to wash that taste out of my mouth.
Are the emotional changes right after starting P?

Actually yes- now you mention it. I felt more depression after starting p and spiro. I was thinking of asking to get my antidepressant upped a tad- but it seems okay.
Oh yeah Grace- have to catch up soon!
