I heard this one is super powerful, as powerful as Ethinylestradiol. This is not on the market of Europe. Anyone knows an online pharmacy where this can be bought? I will talk to my endo of trying this new one.

Perlutan, which contains estradiol enanthate (estrogen) and dihydroxyprogesterone acetophenide (progestin), is used in Spain and Latin America as a contraceptive in ciswomen. It's injected intramuscularly. From what I gather, the potency and duration of estradiol enanthate appears to be similar to that of estradiol valerate, what is typically taken by transwomen (and me). The only thing that personally bothers me is the high concentration of the progestin relative to the estrogen and too much of that progestin could cause oily skin/acne, too much anti-estrogenic action.
Ethinyl estradiol is quite different in structure and is usually taken orally.
In my opinion, if you have access to estradiol valerate, then there is really no need to take Perlutan instead. But, have your doctor double verify what I stated and decide with him/her what is best for you. :)

I agree. I was just trying to provide information and sharing my own opinion. I'm NOT a doctor. You should, as stated above by me, consult a doctor and have them decide. :)
