So I have been doing a lot of thinking today. I'm wondering if anyone has decided to completely stop wearing mens jeans and pants early on in transition and only wear women's jeans and dress pants but with mens shirts?
I know doing this might make a stealth transition hard to impossible, especially at work, but if you're around a group of people for 40+ hours a week going stealth would be harder if not impossible anyway.
I'm just thinking about it to try to help make that early transition period easier on myself.

I went full time the first day I presented in public. I came home and purged "HIS" things instead of mine. I have not looked back and feel it was the right thing for me by eliminating the ability to go back and forth. I have not regretted it at all, but everyone has to do what they are comfortable with. For me zero to the real femme me was the way to go. To me it would have confused me I think to go back and forth or partially dressed as male. I am a woman, period and there just was no place for "him" anymore! Do what you are comfortable with. :)

I'm not going to buy any more men's jeans. They're starting to not fit right anymore! :D (Like seriously, they're getting uncomfortable!) If you're looking for stealth I would think so long as you don't get ones with bling on them they would likely go unnoticed.
Currently I have to wear coveralls at work anyway so the work thing isn't an issue. Nasty things but at least I don't have to ruin my clothes, plus I think I'm getting close to an offer at a new place anyway.

Last week I tried on my (now slightly baggy men's jeans) while fully tucked and wearing a comfy fit black singlet with bra...goddamn if it wasn't a sexy look!! :)

I've been wearing women's jeans since the beginning and never got a second look. I just wear what's comfy.
