Title: Pretty close to orchiectomy

Well I finally went to see a therapist for a referral letter and it went great. She is going to send the letter to my PC doctor and to my urologist who will perform the procedure. Hopefully I can get it done ASAP.

I had to get two letters just like SRS. Before insurance would cover the procedure. Please check with your carrier.

I don't think insurance will pay for it unless the doctor codes it as some kind of male procedure. I'm going ask if they can do that. If not I'll have to dip into 401K.

Yep it's like I told the therapist shutting down T will solve so many problems and I won't have two opposing sex hormones confusing my body.

There's a good chance that it will coded like that so they will get paid.

I guess it depends on what they are willing to do. Some want to go strictly by the book.
