Title: Any male at birth, who wants to ONLY have SRS?
Post by: maschilepassivo on July 24, 2014, 10:02:38 PM
Hi,
I know this might sound weird. I am a masculine all male at birth who would like to ONLY have the procedure of SRS (meaning having a female genitalia only) and still being a masculine man butinstead of having a penis I would have a vagina - no boobs neither estrogen treatment.

Is there a name for this kind of people? The closest are FTM, but they are female at birth. The viceversa are ->-bleeped-<-s. Are we hefemale? Is there another name or case out there?

I have no idea if it has a name..

But I'd strongly suggest having a chat with a therapist who specialises in gender issues.

Hate labels.

Therapist is your first point of contact.

Think maybe a fetish thing but I am in no way a professional.

Now I am pondering.

Anyway find a good gender therapist and work out the issues you feel.

That is an unusual desire, but this is a forum for people who don't fit the "norm", for sure. The nearest to that I've heard was a very interesting thread by a poster here a couple of years back. As I recall, this guy had a cancer on his genitalia and it was necessary to completely remove them. He decided that rather than trying to reconstruct, he had the doctor create an approximation of feminine genitals. He didn't go on HRT or transition and, in fact, was married and went about his life as he always had. He did say that, understandably, there was quite an adjustment at first. I don't recall the poster's name, but if it comes to me I'll try to dig up the thread for you.

Any, I certainly agree with Izzy's advice of talking to a therapist about this. Actually, I suspect any ethical doctor would require you to before doing such a procedure anyway. Good luck and take care.

You would need hormones either way. Once you have SRS you either need testosterone or estrogen. I believe you bones have issues otherwise.
