From Cracked - 29 Images That Will Change How You Picture History (http://www.cracked.com/photoplasty_984_29-images-that-will-change-how-you-picture-history_p2)
(https://www.susans.org/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi.crackedcdn.com%2Fphpimages%2Fphotoshop%2F9%2F5%2F6%2F296956_v1.jpg&hash=6601a95c4f6b0fcb59db2604bd8047080270da91)
Google "FDR dress" and this pic comes up many, many times - so I figure it's as real as anything can be on the internet.

Yup. That's FDR.
Clothes for children were non gender specific in the 1800s. Boys had first haircut around age 6 iirc.
