Progesterone appears to have mild anti-estrogenic effects in some or all tissues, still to be confirmed by studies BUT can help in the way of feminization by making breasts fuller, areolas larger and more prominent, nipples as well, increasing fat in female areas such as butt, hips and face, can help soften skin/hair, make nails strong, make you feel good. So worth a shot, if your doctor agrees to prescribe it, bio-identical appears to be most beneficial compared to other progestins with more side-effects.
Know nothing about the rest but estrogen prevents bone loss, I know that and wow, that is a lot of Vitamin C! Too much, I think, can give you diarrhea.

Thank you Kay,
Not really too much (vitamin c) : it is natural vitamin c and in general I used 1000 mg ; but, when I am sick, I can go to 4000 mg. It is not admitted by the "official medecine".
Unfortunatelly, human body does not seems to product vitamin c but need this and, today, food have not always this advantage ; otherwise, cooking destroy a lot.
The natural vitamin c have a big different effect vs synthetic... and finally, the same with hormones.
And, no, no diarrhea.

Vitamin D is important too. D and calcium together.
(D is not really a vitamin)
