;D Well so far I have had some interesting senstations. I'm keenly aware of my thought processsstarting to change. I have felt a certain calmness and warmth overcome me. All of the sudden situations not as stressful as before. That testosterone rage is all but gone now consedering I have also been on spiro for one month. Sex drive is down...sexual thoughts not asfrequent. I also notice I'm starting to interact with people a little more gentler. I think also I can see a certain sparkle in my eyes that wasant there before. I'm on low starting amount s until my labs in 2 months or so. So far only bad side effect seems to.be that it might be amplyfing my osteoarthritis some causing more back pain.

That's great news.
I see you have a weight loss ticker also...all the best with your program but keep in mind that, for some people, being on E tends to drive weight up - so unfortunately you may need to double your efforts if you find the ticker going in the other direction.

Yes that's true..I am walking up and down hills a lot but will get a membership at the ymca soon. The second ticker I decided to go for a expected female puberty timeliness instead of a hrt counter exactly.

Are you going to feel OK about exercising at the YMCA? It's a pretty full on male environment from what I've heard.

The ymca at embarcedero in san fransisco has a Transgender employee and trainer. They also have special locker rooms. Its more of a universal environment there. Also $25 a month for discount

Congratultions. enjoy the ride.
From my experience ( this my just be a placebo effect), I am on E, AA, finasteride and P at transition levels and I noticed my arthritis is gone. I had some minor pain in some of my finger joints and left knee. I like to walk too and my knee use to bother me 1/2 the way on my walk.

What AA are you on Spiro? I just started Spiro last week due to family not thinking I know what's going on in my body mind even though I have tried to commit suicide several times so I go this Friday to see a therapist who is transgender himself
