Anderson says that he will continue to defend his actions, alleging that his customers "felt totally threatened. I believe I made the right move to protect the women that frequent this club," he said.

So the best possible thing to do is to kick people out...

Why not station a female bouncer in or near the ladies' room?  After all, sometimes, people become ill at bars or people do act inappropriately in the toilets, so it could help to reduce graffiti and other problems in the washrooms and make the washrooms safe for everyone no matter what.

What exactly is he protecting them from?  I would guess that frequency of a rapist that also crossdresses is like maybe one in a million? And if we are talking about a transgendered person or someone that is transitioning, they probably don't have the ability to assault someone if they wanted to. The vast majority of all people transitioning from m2f are trying to be as invisible as possible, not trying to infiltrate the women's restroom for nefarious reasons.

This is all about ignorance. Only education can solve these deeply disturbing internal prejudices that people are projecting onto the trans-community, and only a lawsuit forces them to review their own BS.

What is really ironic, is that if this guy met some gal that was cute and funny & didn't know she had transitioned, he would probably try to take her home. He is a pig.

Usually.... in many bars, there is only one toilet in each rest room.  Why not make them Unisex and put a lock on them?  That would solve the problem!

But OMG, have u not seen the m0vie where this guy like cut up women and then like wore them as suits? That stuff happens all the time and that is why they make movies like that. They are a warning to everyone else.

/idiotic rambling

Sadly this is how it goes. The general public sees only a blip here and there of movies, news (when they bother to watch) and the newspaper (providing they can read) and above is what sticks and it is what we have to fight against.
