Just wondering if any of you are familiar with Dr. Gary Smith located in Nashville, TN. I am calling later today to make an appointment for my first T shot.
If you've seen him, can you remember the out of pocket cost? How long did the appointment take?
How are the doctor and the staff to trans patients?
Also, any general information or opinions are appreciated!
Btw I do have a therapist's letter for starting T but does Dr. Smith have a requirement for how long you have to be in therapy before receiving T?

*$50 - $150/visit ($50 for visit plus $50 for tests)
*30 minutes or so; it's like a normal doctor visit.
*Doctor is super nice and super understanding. So are the staff members. You feel completely comfortable, honestly.
*I don't know about his requirements, but I've been following WPATH which means psychological/therapeutic letter of approval from at least 3 months of therapy/evaluation.
Good luck!
