I found improving my posture and rolling my pelvis forward would cause my ass to appear rounder from behind. This was made easier after being on HRT.

Lunges - Take a giant step, touch your knee to the ground, take another giant step and touch your knee to the ground.

Squats - Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and your arms extended in front of you. Bend your knees to a ninety degree angle with your back straight, then rise back up

(repeat a million times)

Those two exercises with build up muscle in your Glutes, giving you a bigger, more shapely buttocks.

Also think about working on your core, (the tighter your stomach is the bigger your buttocks looks.)

Planks - Get into a pushup position, but instead of up on your hands put your elbows on the floor, hold it as long as you can.
(if you get 2 minutes your first time, that would be impressive, so don't give up if you can't do it that long, its very strenuous after about 30 seconds)

Sit-ups I'm sure you know how to do.
a variation of situps  is to touch your left elbow to your right knee when you come up, then right elbow to left knee.
You'll feel your sides start to burn within 4 or 5 of those.

(REMEMBER TO KEEP IT EVEN! If you do 3 situps touching your right elbow to left knee make sure you do 3 the other way so you aren't only working on one side of your body.)

Anyways, I think thats all I can say to help.

You could always start skateboarding ;)

starting e this Thursday

^^^^ This should help :)

I know mine has really started rounding out since I started!  I also run a lot, for exercise I don't do much strength training at all, just enough for tone.  The bulk is cardio, plus having a great set of legs from that is always a good thing.  :)

I'm a bit flat in the rear too. What I have done is make my own custom hips that wrap around to the rear.  Took me many attempts to get it right but that was my answer.  2 inch foam is cheap the electric knife and heat bar were only $50.

All the commercially available hips do not cover the rear so that's why I went to my own custom hips.

Squats and lunges like Ptaurus said. Lots of them.

If you have a track nearby, try running a few laps and then doing step lunges for a lap. Repeat as long as you can.
(I should mention that the track I do this at has each lap at 1/8th of a mile. If your track is the standard size then I wouldn't attempt lunges for a full 1/4 mile, certainly not starting out.)

There are probably plenty of lists about food that goes directly to the butt and thighs and hips for genetic women. As long as they aren't too unhealthy you might think about adding them to your diet.

Hopefully your experience will be different, but I've been on HRT for 8 years, and I'm not where I want to be in that "area". A lot of people recommend exercise, but from my experience it didn't do anything for my hips, and my butt is not as full as I would like it to be,  so I'm having butt implant surgery,  and hip augmentation via fat grafting in a few months.

I started with no butt whatsoever.   The development was initially pretty glacial, but the last 3 weeks post orchi have done wonders for it.  All I had to do was eat a bunch stuff I probably shouldn't, like pizza, cheesecake and ice cream and drink some beer.  Now I have this cute, very feminine bubble butt that I always wanted.

Bad Jill!  Step away from the carbs!  You don't want it all going to your butt and boobs, right?

RIGHT?

I didn't realize that being trans could ever be this much fun...  I'll just diet and exercise after I stop gaining weight in all the fun places.

My butt is okay, but I would really love it to be fat. Idk why, I don't mind it becoming big. I guess I will be lucky because my female relatives have big butts. Thiugh in booby department I won't be as lucky.
