Anyone have any stress relief tips for days when your skin is just crawling and you're seething with frustration/anger?

It used to be the demon drink before I started HRT. I've barely touched a drop since starting transitioning.
These days like Laura I'll blast out the music. My preference is some EDM at high volume in the car or home.

So glad to hear the demon drink doesn't have you in its grips anymore.
You ladies have any specific music suggestions for me? I've been trying to branch out lately.

Well, for me, I tend to go with Death Metal. What are your main musical preferences?

I used to scream/arrrrrgh into a pillow at the highest volume possible. Very cathartic.

Having some Napalm Death or Carcass or Autopsy blaring at full volume negated the use of a pillow. ;)

I listen to some comedy programmes whilst playing video games and take out my frustrations on legions of 1's and 0's whilst laughing my socks off.
I knew a guy who bought an old broken down car once (for about £80), he used to whale on it with a baseball bat when he needed to let off steam

Yeah, it was all consuming at one point and probably helped fuel my gender dysphoric depressive state.
I've been liking Avicii and David Guetta lately, but trance classics from the 2000s are equally good, the faster the BPM the better I find.

It wasn't even so much to cover the noise of it, for some reason I found I could go super full volume without hurting my throat. Weird.
