Title: 1 Week Left - How to keep busy?

I have one week until my very first Gender Therapist appointment and the gitters are starting up! I'm super excited and my insides are doing back flips lol. How did you deal with the nerves? Any suggestions on keeping busy? I'm living with my family and they have no idea what is going on so I can't talk to anyone about this just yet.

lol, I was playing computer games 18 hours a day for over a week before my surgery, and I don't even like computer games.

I remember having time just like stop leading up to the first appointment and then from that appointment it just felt like a big let down and anxiety till I got to the next step. how I got though it. Just trying not to think about it just find something to occupy your self best you can, and don't get your hopes up 2 high cause it is still a long process.

lol that would keep me busy for all of like 5 push ups xD
but that's a good idea physical work out can bring your mood up as well so that will help not only kill time but make you feel better 2 ^.^
