is it difficult being post op and living with HIV? I'm very curious about this, ..although I had a friend (lost touch with her) who was hiv positive, before her srs and she is still doing well i think ; some 10 or more years after (or at least when i saw her last)

I read somewhere that if you are hIV positive, then SRS is more expensive... and yeah tell the partner of course. I don't know about how HIV meds affects HRT and stuff though
