Title: finding an endo what should I look for

I'm going to be calling endos soon. What questions should I be asking? What should I look for? What should I avoid. I know exactly one trans girl personally and her endo is 4 hours away in Atlanta. At first I didn't think there were any here, but I've noticed there are a few. I'll go to Atlanta if I have to, but it would be nice to be able to go here.

I'd swear I responded to this once before.
As long as they are willing to work with trans people, you should be good. That would be my first question when making a call.

I suspect if they say yes we'll work with you but we've never done it before that I would want to consider someone else. I was just wondering if there is anything else I should watch out for.
