Hey Jennie

Welcome to Susan's  :)  Great to have you here - looking forward to seeing you around the forum.

A large number of people do not find that their sexual orientation changes during HRT and post-op. If you are not attracted to or sexually interested in men now chances are that HRT may not change that. Some people find that the process of transition can open them up to a more pan sexual orientation so it is still possible that change can happen.

Well i also don't think i have ''gay characteristics'' but im still attracted to guys, since i identify myself as female and consider myself ''straight''. ???

My orientation didn't really change - I was bisexual before and I'm bi now, though I like a *few* more guys than I did back then. (Say from 90% prefer female to 80%.) I admit being post-op does make me curious about having a penis to test out in there, but they tend to come attached to men, so I won't bother. ;)

I think its both hormones and also the way you see yourself in public.

I was into females before HRT, that changed more & more and now, while I love the female form, chances of me ever sleeping with one again would be next to none
