Well, I got a consultation with Dr Bart, he says I need forhead work, slight lip (nothing too dramatic), jaw and slight chin contouring, rhinoplasty to make my nose less wide, as well as upper and lower blepheroplasty. What I really like about Dr Barts work is that patients look like themselves after ward, but what I am really afraid of is 1. screwing up the proportions of my face, I pass about 95 percent of the time, and on top of feminization I really want something very beautifying. Some people believe that feminity and beauty go hand and hand I really don't believe that to be true. I want to look aesthetically pleasing, very if it's possible. Thankfully I am young and I do pass without FFS, but I don't feel confident enough to go out and be myself or look for a relationship. I've seen photos of women who don't pass before surgery and after surgery they may still look feminine and passable, but they're not a paradigm of feminine beauty and they still look kind of manish, and this is true for all surgeons not just one or two. I've always suffered from low self esteem and I just want to feel at least descently attractive for once in my life. I know FFS with any surgeon will not put you on the cover of vogue, but will I be happy with the results....aesthetically..I don't have BPD, just low self esteem. I am seeing a counselor for these reaons. Thankfully, I am relatively young, and I started hormones at 17. It's just a difficult decision to make. I wanted to know how common are revisions with any talented FFS surgeon as well?

It depends what lens you're looking at those 'non-passable' women through. For those who pass a lot better than those who don't, it can seem as though you're gazing down your nose at alterations which for them, are probably life altering.
I don't pass. I get routinely harassed on the streets just for being myself, and so ffs' primary purpose is to ensure I look much closer to how I feel inside and secondarily to be able to be myself outside and be left the hell alone by idiots. I'd love to be beautified but some of us have to accept the reality of our condition with regards to bone structure. There's only so much you can do.
