I am getting some confusing information re. the size of your penis with the different types of surgery.
Can anyone tell me the average size to expect with each type?
I was going to go with Pubic Phallo but was told you could be as small as 3 and a half inches. This really put me off. I didn't want Radial because of the scar but its
looking like the only option now. Please can someone let me know the size differences.
Thanks
Jay

There is also the one where they use your side. That one you pick the size.

I'm not sure that is available in the UK. I am sure its just Pubic or Radial. I could be wrong.

ye, that I wouldn't know. I'm not sure if it is even available in the US actually. It is what I would prefer though. It looked the most 'real'.

MLD is available in the US with Dr crane. Not sure about UK, but they can do a thigh graft.
I really only know for forearm, but the average for that is like 5.5. I think with abdominal it depends on the amount of skin available.

It's pretty rare to get the London team to do the ALT thigh graft. They want skinny hairless thighs. Your best option honestly is to get referred for a consultation with them and ask about the options. You can do that before being decided on which one, and even have a couple of appointments prior to settling and arranging the surgery.

I know a guy where they suggested a 4 1/2 inch if I translated correctly. It's on the small side, if you think about penetrative sex. The reason had to do with the length of his arms I think.

My MLD flap from my side allowed me to choose the size. I was told average was 6 inches unless I requested larger. I went for average, but a guy I met while in the recovery area wanted 10". I wouldn't even know what to do with 10" constantly hanging between my legs, but that's just me

The radial arm flap depends partly on the size of your arm. My GP in my home state had two patients. Myself and another guy. Mine turned out at 4 1/2, while they other guy turned out at 6".
Since then I have seen some articles stating that the radial arm flap is less effective as it does not contain muscle and tends to wind up being more flaccid. Since I can't exactly go up to another guy and say lets see yours, I don't know what other's look like.
The flap from the side includes some muscle, and one Dr. gives a choice of 5" or 7". Although the larger size would make intercourse easier and its tempting to go for the larger size, I always wondered if it caused any problems as far as fitting it into your pants.
