Title: You do not want to try this at home
Post by: immortal gypsy on September 12, 2014, 03:23:03 AM
Because I do not like gyms (my work keeps me active enough and I never could justify the cost). I use a wi fit to keep active, I will pull it out use it for a few months then put it back on the shelf for a while. Today was the first day I used it since HRT in Febuary.

Now while I'm not full time. The time is comming when the decision is going to be out of my hands. (While my breast are not large they are growing and at 5ft11 & 70kg man boobs is not an excuse that will fly to someone that is paying atention)

So put on a top and shorts (notice anything missing) then start mucking around. The yoga fine. The game fine. The muscle exercise fine. The aerobics, well the steps, boxing and hula hoops where fine, the jogging? Well that was when I relised running without a bra when one is required is an unique experience, one I would not like to experience again.

I have hurt my lil' darlin's at work on the safe, walls and the door. As well as some other amusing minor injuries to other parts of my body over the time, but this is the most painful and unexpected one I've experienced in a long time. I guess I know why sports bras where invented

"Plese forgive me darlin's mamma wont do that again promise"

Yup, a sports bra is a must.

I'm at the stage now where a standard mono-boob compression sports bra is not enough and have to wear an encapsulated cup sports bra for extra anti-movement protection.

I'm not out at work and it still amazes me that no one at work has commented on my 'man boobs' either.

A-Cup here...

Since my current cardio is quite light and done at home on a pseudo spinning bike, I don't need to wear a bra while pedalling or doing my basic maintenance exercise. For the actual gym or pedalling outdoors, always with a sports bra.

Some very fun sensations indeed. Quick dash for a bus or a train, no problem just let those legs stride. Up or down the stairs or the short stop starts when I'm bobbing up and down, that's another story

I started wearing a regular bra everyday as soon as my boobs began bobbing up and down.

I am a full A cup as well, and I can agree that general exercise is fine, but jogging worries me because they bounce up and down from that and it is so painful, it's like gravity is trying to rip them off me.  I have noticed that while not wearing a bra, and attempting to jog, if you keep your pectoral muscles flexed that are under the breasts, that they don't bounce nearly as bad.  But I have not yet invested in a "normal" bra as I didn't think they were big enough yet for that.  Sports bras are ok, but they get hot due to being so close to the under arm.  I guess I will just have to suck it up and find an A cup bra, which feels embarrassing to look for, they are so hard to find.  I need a 36A.

A cup wasn't so bad with moderate support. Once you get to C cup, the rules of engagement change.

When I brush my teeth with a manual toothbrush using my right hand I have to hold my left boob with the left hand to stop it from jiggling. The right jiggles too, but not as much.

I found that tight and thick cotton tank top works just fine - fabric is strong enough to hold them in place. The only issue is once it geta soaked with sweat, it roughens up a bit and rubs against nipples :D.

Luckily, I will never get to C cup - jogging is kinda voluntary, but one simply must brush teeth every day...

I wear an A cup every day, because otherwise no one would be able to tell they existed except for a bit of nip poking out through my top.

*sigh*

I envy you all for your jiggliness.  :)

Once I get my BA, I'm putting my phone set to vibrate between my jugs.

The running thing was what set off the worst bout of dysphoria I ever had, it was also when I found out I had something there that didn't belong. Painful in more ways than one for me.
