Title: Breast Loss and Recovery after going off HRT for some time?

Ok, so I did not take this part into account. last time I stopped HRT for 15 days i was assured that I would not suffer from "regression" since "it was not enough time". In less than two weeks, my breasts had deflated completely. I was a tiny A and it took me 1-2 months to recover it, with stronger AA's this time (the stop was intended to get a clean baseline of how my body hormones are without HRT).
Now, after 16 months (and 15 days of stop) I have a full A that definitely it's not a B (I'm always doubting since it is hard to calculate, but I tried to go from an 80A bra to an 80 B and I still don't fill the new one). FFS is coming soon, and I not only will have to stop HRT 1-2 weeks before HRT, I will also have to wait until I am healed. Unless my testes have suffered permanent damage from cyproterone acetate, I'll probably will only only have whatever small amount of breast tissue grew left.
Problem with this? It took me this long to develop enough size and good shape to get breast implants. The idea was to have them put by the end of the year, but I'm not sure it is going to be enough time to recover and be at what I was before.
Does Any of you has experience with breast loss and posterior recovery? I still don't know the whole time I need to be off hormones with Chettawutt, but I remember that he wants zero chemicals in the body prior to operating. I can deal with stopping the E, but two weeks or more weeks of T will be overkill for me. Not to mention going back to work in a manlier state...

I grew for 6 months to a nice large A - then stopped. Reduced a bit as I did more cardio for the last 6 months. And lost more again during the 10 day liquid diet during my SRS with Dr Chettawut. Whether I was taking hormones or not did not matter - it is the fat loss which counts.
Before my SRS with Dr Chettawut I reduced my Androcur and E in weekly steps of 1/3 - and stopped everything exactly 2 weeks before surgery. The biggest change - my white facial hair grew faster., and some black hairs returned. My voice and body had no impact. Friends and work colleagues noticed nothing. And I didn't care because I was going to be whole. I started HRT upon my return home. Within a week the hairs slowed and went fine - but did not stop. A load more electrolysis coming my way.
No breast growth in the past few weeks. Looks like I'm stuck on A. Oh well. Still I've only had E for 14 months and this is a very long process. So am not worried.
From your other threads about FFS you seem to be very anxious about your face and body. I can understand this, but it is true that a lot of transition is about presentation. If you are continuously anxious about your body you will display that in your body language and make it much harder to pass. I still see the old me and watch the eyes following me around on the train. But then I have to remind myself that it is not because of being trans - or if it is - it is because they like what they see. Perhaps I'm lucky because Switzerland is more tolerant...

I only lost some hair during the stop of my hrt because of the srs. I had not to stop hrt for my ffs. But I think in Europe we are a little bit more relaxed about taking hormones.

With ffs some places don't require you to stop hrt beforehand and just give you an anti clotting injection

I was up to about a C before SRS. When I stopped HRT for surgery they basically vanished, and the subsequent reduction of my dose mandated by my then-doctor did nothing to help. They came back nearly a year later when I saw a different doctor and my dose was drastically increased (the reduction caused my serum E level to be lower than the lab could measure.)

Meet the endo today (who did a boob check and others parts I'd rather not talk). She says that the tissue I have should remain. So I suppose that what will go down is the hard bud growing in the center.
So basically, they should deflate, but some tissue would remain. I may need to get the breastforms again if I don't fit on the push up bras.
On the good side of things, maybe the surgeon will have to add extra c's to the implants...
