Title: Genetic testing in the UK?

Does anyone have any experience of getting their sex genetics tested in the UK? I find myself thinking about it a lot now, but I don't know the best places to start looking to compare costs and get recommendations etc. This may end up being entirely irrelevant to me, but I'm curious.
