Ok. So I have started to go out as me more often. But I realized my clothes are somewhat tom boyish. I am still seemingly a tad nervous going full dressed in a skirt.. So far I have ended up wearing solid color tops with jeans, with makeup appropriate for daytime.
Over the last two days I must have spent almost 15 hours outside in crowded malls. I must have been clocked like twice tops I think and I did not have any issues using the ladies as well..
I there something I can do or take some steps to gain confidence and not be so tom boyish after all? Please do let me know what you think I can do...
Thanks sooo much in advance

Try instead of solid color tops feminine prints, colors or tops which incorporate lace trimming. Even the addition of a necklace to solid tops can make a difference. :)

Sometimes you can get quite a confidence boost by going with a friend, even if it is just a walk about.

Sometimes just jumping in the deep end is the fastest route to confidence. Of course, you want to do it in a safe environment with people you trust but it is a great way to feel comfortable in more feminine clothing - you'll probably find you don't even notice after ten minutes or so. I'm a bit different from you, I didn't feel I could pass unless I was in a dress or skirt... I only wore pants once in my preliminary/pre FTE phase and felt self-conscious the entire time. I'd suggest that if you're passing in pants then a dress will be no problem. Mind you, maybe dresses and girly stuff just isn't your thing - it isn't for a lot of cis women. Just were what your comfortable with.

As for dresses and skirts. I am a totally skirt and dress girl. But I somehow feel very self conscious and it's like I feel the entire world is staring at me.
But like you said it's about gaining the confidence. How about taking small steps like going from a simple solid color top to a more girly one and so on
Does taking small steps help as opposed to taking a dip in the straight into the deep end?
