You will need a program to download the video from utube on to your PC and possibly another program to convert it into a format that can be used on your Ipod, at least that is how I did it last time I wanted to download something from utube on to a dvd. You might want to have a look at this link for further info ...

There is a program called "youtubedownloader.exe". This program will allow you to capture youtube broadcasts. Then it is just a matter of downloading it to your ipod, which I know nothing about as I don't own one.

If you run the Firefox web browser there are a few extensions available at their page that will do this as well.

Thanks everyone. It almost sounds like more trouble than it's worth for just the one video I want. LIT, I do use Firefox so I'll look into that.

I found a website...http://vixy.net/ (http://vixy.net/)...that allows you to convert online videos into several different formats and then save them without adding additional programs to your computer. Simply enter the web address of the video and choose the format you want it converted to...AVI for Windows (DivX + MP3), MOV for Mac (MPEG4 + MP3), MP4 for iPod/PSP (MPEG4 +ACC), 3GP for Mobile (MPEG4 +ACC) or MP3 (audio only). It works great for adding videos to iPods or just saving them to the My Music portion of your computer.
