Ever since my surgery I've had a "tight" feeling down below. The feeling is like my panties are too tight or like I'm wearing very tight leotards. My panties are a size or two large and are not at all tight, so the feeling is coming from my new package.
I figured it was something related to surgery, but now at nearly 4 months post-op everything but the tip of my clitoris is comfortable, but the tight feeling is still there.
I asked my surgeon about it. She was somewhat surprised, but wanted to give it more time.
Has anyone else had a feeling anything like this?

Think it is just the tissues pulling.
Scar tissue just wants to keep pulling tight, ask any major burn victim.
It should pass with time. 4 months is just early and everyone body handles healing on its own time.

I didn't have that feeling per se... but I think my GP's advice of gentle massage of the scar tissue might be helpful (even if it doesn't fix this particular issue, maybe in general). Just 3-5 minutes twice a day pressing very gently with fingertips on any ridged or tight scar tissue.
