I gotta go to my PCP within the next week and the dermatologist. I'm getting horrible rashes/acne in the middle of my chest that's spreading and
I'm so dysphoric because somehow the other day I had discharge from my chest. I can't even say it because I'm so ashamed. Just venting, because I need to go back to school and work soon and I'm going to be hyper aware of my dysphoria until I know what's going on. :embarrassed:
