A several weeks ago, I found a trailer for Transamerica on the Apple website here:
http://www.apple.com/trailers/weinstein/transamerica/
In composing this page, someone had changed the pronouns to male, referring to Bree as "he". I twice emailed the webmaster, asking that correct pronouns be used and received no response. I then called Apple Corporate headquarters and complained. I was assured someone would look into it. Nothing changed though I just received a call back from Apple Corporate (I was surprised) saying they were working on it, but that the division responsible for this site was not responding to their queries either. I hope a few of you will take the time to call or complain as well whether you see it as futile or not. Pronouns are very personal to most of us--corporations and the media should get them right. It's our job to tell them when they don't.
