I was born female
But im very depressed with that fact
I have suicidal thoughts

This is the reality of our situations. None of us will ever have our ideal genitals. Bottom surgery does help some trans* men and women accept what they have, and the results of these surgeries can be truly quite astounding. As much as it sucks that we have to do this you should look into your options it might give you some hope.

If you're still really depressed about it I suggest you turn your focus elsewhere and appreciate the parts of you and your personality that make you feel masculine. When I get down that works for me :D

I feel for you. I have to live with what I've got, since GRS is way too expensive for me. I just sorta try to forget what's down there. It works most of the time. But then, I'm not a very sexual person.

I can relate, really.
I, too, judge myself because of my lack of male genitalia (biologically I'm female.) I just try to remember what makes a man to me: what's between his legs or what's in his heart and mind? It's the heart, mind, and soul.
Unfortunately society would say a penis is what makes a man and a vagina is what makes a woman, but I've found this to be very untrue. And so would the many trans people on this Earth.

I wonder if it would help if you acknowledged your kinship with the men who lost their genitals on the field of battle or to cancer. Your pasts is different, but your present is the same. You're both guys who have been dispossessed of the primary center of masculinity.

Please if you think that you might want to harm yourself, get help. If you aren't already in therapy try to get a qualified gender therapist.
