Title: Introducing Me

Hi Everyone,
I am a 28 year old male, who currently partakes in closeted cross-dressing. I see a therapist for dysthymia (mild depression) with talks of gender identity confusion.
I socially identify as a male, but in the bed room I feel like a woman. For most people those ideas would be contrasting, but I feel that this forum it would make a lot of sense. There are times were I think that I may want to try to socially be a female, but I have a great amount of fear.
A lot of these doubts are causing a lot of anxiety for me. I know that this is not the most fun opening, but I thought I would just be honest.

Hi teamkp, it's nice to meet you! Do you have a name or do you want us to use teamkp? I'm from Boston. Just hang around for awhile and you'll start to understand the complexities of gender, sexuality, and the like. Next thing you know, you'll have an Aha! moment and you can tell us that you've finally figured yourself out. See you around the site!
Hugs, Devlyn

A big warm welcome to you!!
All of us had the fear, but when you take it head on and deal with it you become a confident and self assured person. Every little victory no matter how small feeds into itself and before you know it you have the ability to tackle this and persevere! All I can say is the difference in my life from pre transition to post is like night and day. It (transition) may be or not to be for you, but it is worth learning all you can here and asking questions. It is very doable if you ever consider it. :)

Sorry for the late reply, but thanks for the warm welcome. I have a stalker on these forums for over a year so I am aware of the information on here and with the wealth of knowledge and experience. I prefer to go by Natalie right now, I think it is quite a pretty name.
