I'm starting to think the universe wants to punish me some more. Been on hrt for 4 months little signs in skin and muscle loss but my main concern no development in my breasts :( anyone else bloom late?

It took many months before I got any growth, but during that time, my doctor had to up my dose twice. When he finally gave me the max dose, I got about three weeks of breast growth before it all stopped for good.
Has your doc checked your hormone levels to see how your absorption is?

You've started your journey, and things take their time; bodies and their responses are different; and you'll get your female bits by hook or by crook.
One thing I've found is that the universe tends to respond in a wonderfully positive way when we smile at its life forms and try not to get bent out of shape by the occasional supernova or suspected Martian landing...

Hi suzifrommd just had my check up a few weeks ago and he upped my dose. so hopefully I'll see just a small sign of movement.
