If you are on T for 3-7 years then go off will you revert back at all ? If so will you revert super slowly? I'm just curious.

I think that aspects of your body would revert back. I would assume that any body hair you've grown would remain and your downstairs growth would also remain. I would suppose that body fat would slowly redistribute to a female pattern again and that your face may possibly fill back out with that round, soft feminine look. I would also think that your voice would remain the same if it had deepened.

Yeah you would save for your body and muscle mass that would decrease over time and fat reverting back to female patterns.

I think it really just depends on your body and genetics. Some people who have done this still look totally male, some not so much.

From my observations, this tends to be true. I can honestly say that I know if I went off hormones it wouldn't be long before I looked female again, because I have softer features and not the deepest voice. Whereas someone who had more masculine features would probably still look male.

Certain things will, certain things won't. It depends. I know of somebody who was on testosterone for a number of years and had to stop. His body fat did change, his body/facial hair thinned a bit but not much. You would probably get periods again and have to deal with that stuff. Acne might decrease, too. Psychologically...your sex drive might decrease.
