Ok,
Any advise is appreciated...
So I don't need FFS .. Its weird but even though I am in my 50's I just have fem features..
However.. I want to do a lift in certain areas..
I was thinking I should go to an FFS doc anyway..
Would DR. Spiegel be a good choice. I am sure he could find something else I could use to soften up even more.
My wife finally admitted I don't need ffs.... and until I heard if from her did not believe everyone else..
Anyway.. I really wanted FFS.. felt I needed it.. so maybe I can perfect what I have.

I'd be tempted to go to a FFS-experienced surgeon to reduce the risk that you end up coming out looking like a younger man rather than a younger woman. It's your face - probably not worth the risk of going to a generic plastic surgeon if you can find one who works on MtF girls regularly and can give you the tweaks you're looking for.
That said, I'm sure a less-than-scrupulous FFS surgeon will find many ways to convince you you're not as feminine-looking as you think in order to have you sign up for more extensive and expensive procedures than you had originally planned. But a regular facial surgeon probably has a few tricks up his or her sleeve to make you feel the need to spend more money too.
