Title: Exercises to get rid of hourglass figure (FTM, FTN)

Does anyone know any exercises to reduce hip size or widen the waist? E.g. strengthening obliques.
Preferably without equipment/gym.
I know you can't "spot reduce" but is there any way, except for taking T, to get rid of an hourglass figure?

From what I've heard, the only real way to make your hips less visible is to widen your shoulders and back.

What Kyler said, as far as I know, is true.
I would say start doing cardio and trim down as much as you can, then focus on your upper body. Swimming would be a good way to do this all at once.
