Last night after the KISS concert, my wife and I went back to the room to get some sleep.  The toilet in the room sprang a leak and flooded the entire place.   We called for emergency maintenance, but the toilet had to be shut off in the end.  When we asked for a new room, we were told that we needed to leave because apparently we deliberately damaged the toilet.  The guy was such a d-bag that we called for his manager.  The manager was even worse, and we called them out on having an anti-LGBT bias.  The guy put his foot through the toilet to prove the other guy's story and told us to leave for "willful, malicious destruction of property", threatened to call the police, and we were escorted out of the building.   I drove home at almost 2AM, and got home in record time, sometimes hitting 110MPH. 

There you go.  Worst case of blatant discrimination I've faced.

And yes, we are filing a lawsuit.

Wow, what D-bags -hugs-.  I would leave them a long horrible review anywhere you can online, and maybe take it to the media if possible.  Let everyone know what kind of jerks they are.

Where was the leak? And what happened with the foot/toilet interaction?

And fwiw, driving 110mph while angry or upset is not a good thing.

Uh, yes I second this^^___^^. I'm so sorry to her this happened to you. Also I think I'd take Malachite's advice and leave them long very descriptive horrible reviews anywhere you can online.

We took video that will be shown to upper management, and may be used as evidence.

Anyway, hugs back to all of you, and yes, the concert was awesome.

I'm so sorry that ya'll ran into these a-holes Jill. Unfortunately, a-holes are still out there.

I think that they don't know what a colossal mistake they made in tangling with you and your wife  :laugh:
