I am in the process of writing a paper detailing the discrimination of transgenders in the workplace and have interviewed many individuals in my area but would like the opinions of people in other regions. You would be greatly contributing to my study by answering the questions below. Thank you so much in advance.
1. What part of the country you work in
2. How do you present yourself at work
3. Did you inform your supervisor of your change in identification and what was their reaction
4. How are you treated by your coworkers?
5. Have you ever been denied employment because of being transgender?
6. How are you treated by your clients/customers?
7. Do you feel like your employment opportunities are limited by being transgender?
8. Have you ever presented yourself differently to avoid discrimination?
9. Do you feel protected from discrimination in harassment and hiring and firing policies in the workplace by the laws in your area?
