Title: off my blockers for about 3 weeks

Hi all. I was wondering about something. After being on HRT for 2 months, I unfortunately was unable to get my anti-androgens due to insurance related stuff. I'll be able to get them again next Friday and there shouldn't be any interruptions after that. Also, I've still been taking my estrogen over that period. Still, I'm a little concerned that this will undo my 2 month progress, or even worse, make it so that my HRT will never work. Is this a valid concern? What impact will missing 3 weeks of anti-androgens have?

Going forward it will not affect your HRT.
I doubt there was any or much of a negative effect, you were only on them a short while and you had your E which will keep your T down if your T was suppressed from the 1st two months. .

The reason for that is estrogen can also reduce testosterone levels

For two months I don't think three weeks off is going to hurt you progress while still on estrogen.

I went off all meds, including HRT, for 3 weeks prior to GRS. I had crankiness, hot flashes, and the return of some temporary masculine traits (like the man smell, ugh!!!), but nothing permanent or that set back my transition progress at all.
Since, as others said, E can suppress T to some degree too, you're really not even going to see as much of a resurgence as I did; it's going to take T time to rebound, and even when it does, it won't be back to your previous levels. You should be fine.

I'm well aware of that.. But was more interested in reassuring the OP than explaining the science.
