Title: Survey: Degree of Clitoral Hood Coverage
Post by: Apple on November 22, 2014, 12:27:53 PM
I would like to do here a survey about the degree to which your neo-clitoris is covered by its hood, using this table with pictures as a reference (extremely nsfw):

Please answer CI-1 (clitoris completely exposed) through CI-6 (clit completely hidden and then some). It would be great if you could add the name of your surgeon. In case your clitoral hood was at least in part made from your former penile foreskin (eg. Suporn, Schaff), it would be nice if you would describe your former foreskin extent according to this table (extremely nsfw) http://www.newforeskin.biz/CI/CIchart.htm . That way we can see if there is a correlation.

I'm eager to hear your answers :)

edit: thanks to the admins for adding the Not Safe For Work warnings.

I had no foreskin coverage (CI-1 by your scale).

It's hard to tell where I fit as far as clitoral head coverage. I don't seem to resemble any of your pictures. My clitoral head does not protrude in any way, it's completely buried, so maybe CI-1.

My surgeon was Dr. Kathy Rumer

Cl-5, I am a Schaff girl. He covers the clitoris with a hood like it is covered also at most CIS girls.

My clit is completely covered, to the point that even retracting the hood and pulling apart the inner labia only just barely exposes the head. I guess that would make me C-6, though none of the pictures looked exactly like mine. (The closest is picture #5 if you count left to right across the C-6 line, or the first picture on the second row of that line.)

I was circumcised, but my clitoral hooding was formed from leftover urethral tissue after it was removed from the penis; one side effect of this is that the inner portion of my labia minora and the hood are both light pink mucosal tissue as it is in cis women. My surgeon was Brassard.

It should be pointed out that the clitorises in the pictures are all from cisgender women. Ours are going to look different.

Suzi : That's probably a safe assumption, but it wasn't actually stated. :)  I also have seen vulvas and clitorises from (self-identified) cis women that resembled mine, but that chart - while an impressive collection for some guy soliciting from his readers - is not a very large selection.

4 weeks post-op, mind you...

CI-2, since surgery but varied when healing. I probably end up with CI-3 when healed? clitoral hood is protruding above everything else, clitoris is completely covered when I close my legs. When it is spread, it is a CI-2

CI-9 for the foreskin tissue.

PinkCloud, could you please tell me whether the surgeon in your case has used the foreskin tissue (even if only the inner mucosal side of it) to build or partly build the clitoral hood?

Mine is mostly hooded, just a small peep that shows (5 on the scale?). My surgeon was Dr Reed and I didn't have foreskin.

Foreskin, but not the inner side.
