Title: insufficient penile skin

Hello everyone!
Got some questions. These days I'm really confused. Before I ask your helps, your recommendations, I give you all details. At first, I wanted to have SRS by penile skin inversion. When I learned the real length of my penile skin, I gave up to have penile skin inversion. Later I decided to have SRS by sigmoid colon. And I learned I have to lose weight for sigmoid colon, otherwise I have to have penile skin inversion. Yeah I can lose weight. But I'm planning to go under surgery 2-3 weeks later. So I don't think to lose weight in a short time.
Now everything is confused. Because I told the hospital that i'm worried about depth of my vagina. Because when i take mypenis and <<stretch>> it, the penile skin is only 8.5 cm(this is not when erect. this is when stretched at maximum. because i take androcur and i can not erect.) You know this length is really not enough. I know if the penile skin is not enough, they will use the scrotal skin. But at the same time I was worried that they will also use scrotal skin for labia. So, the remaining scrotal skin will not be enough for labia if they use its some part for vagina depth, i guess.
So this morning i got an answer and they say:
10 cm?! oh no this is not enough. I don't want this. I want at least 15 cm vagina depth. By the way the hospital I'm emailing is PAI in Bangkok. I don't know what to do, girls! :(
I read Chettawut can achieve at least 15 cm with only scrotal skin. But I think my scrotal skin is not enough for that. Its also small, I mean i dont have enough materials to do it. Is there someone experiencing these problems? What you suggest me to do? Which surgeons you suggest?
Thank you!

QuoteTo eliminate the risk of infection or complication in SRS by Sigmoid Colon, the most important role is your BMI must less than 24.99. Otherwise, the doctor must only consider Penile Skin Inversion for you. Even Scrotal skin graft, this can't extend more depth in the future. For example, if the penis is around 8.5 cm. The result of vagina depth will get around 10 cm by penile skin graft with or without scrotal skin graft.

Hi unnamed,
I think the best thing for you to do is to have an indepth discussion with your surgeon. He, and only he, will be able to give you comprehensive information on possible outcomes.
If necessary send him photos of your donor material for his assessment. and remember, ask as many questions as it takes for you to be totally satisified. After all, you're the one paying for it.
Regardless of what method is used, you should be below a 25 BMI, to assist in recovery. The more fat you have, the longer it takes to recover and the greater possibility of complications. If necessary, defer your date until you're in good physical condition. This is a BIGGIE. Takes at least 12 months for recovery to get you back close to where you were pre op.

Sigh. Now you know why I have declined penile inversion (covered by healthcare) and I'm saving for Chett. I was told I would have between 11 and 14 cm, so... Men. And sigmoid would mess my body too much.
Chett takes pride in achieving higher depths (that's his selling point), and will go for a graft if the scrotal is not enough. And as far as I've been told by other girls, some of them had difficulties trying to see where the graft was taken from ( I think is from the thighs, using the along close to where the neovagina will be).

Non penile inversion using scrotal skin and skin graft (no removed skin, just rearranged sections from the groin) can get you between 6" and 7". Both Chettawut and Supporn use very similar techniques. Apparantly Some of the usa and canadian surgeons too.
What you have to remember is that depth is a factor of available skin, stretchability of available skin and physical anatomy. If your pelvis is small or your bowel descends lower then you may not get as much depth as someone else. Similarly if you have had inflammation / scaring of the prostate or bowel walls then depth will be influenced (the surgeon has to carefully separate them). Scarring can be from infection or excessive anal intercourse. The surgeons cannot see this until during the operation.
Im still amazed at how many mtf focus on depth over width. It seems a competition to get as deep as possible... Sigh. Yes some men are big... But those who are often find natural women cannot accept their full depth. Thats life.

I second Suporn, not just because I went to him a few years ago and am delighted, but because his (and Chet's) technique use a half thickness scrotal graft for the vagina, pretty much guaranteeing 6 inches at least for everyone. The rest of the skin is used for the external structures. In fact, Suporn has received complaints from people with "too much" penile skin because things look a little thick from the outside. With less material, I think he'd do a splendid job.
